Texim Europe is a distributor specialised in high-tech components and systems for professional applications. We support highly technical customers across Europe in markets such as industrial automation, medical, transportation, energy and drones/robotics. That means our content needs to be technically correct, clearly structured and genuinely useful.

As Content Marketeer (Data-driven, B2B Tech), you take ownership of content that contributes to lead generation. In this role, you’ll develop skills in data-driven content strategy, SEO and generative search, technical B2B writing and working closely with product specialists. You’ll have room to experiment, learn from results, and gradually take more ownership in how content is shaped.
You use website and search behaviour data to decide which topics matter, align these topics with Portfolio Managers, and write the final content yourself. You look at what performs well, but also why, and use those insights to develop targeted, technically correct content.

If you’re mainly looking for a creative content role without structure or data, this probably isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay.
You will be part of the MarCom team and work closely with Portfolio Managers. You will actively contribute to content strategy, as part of plans created together with the MarCom Manager and Portfolio Managers.
You are responsible for writing final texts and monitoring results. Other MarCom members provide support with graphic design and publication, and also create other types of content based on your work.
After onboarding you may work hybrid: on average, three days at the office in Haaksbergen for alignment and coordination, and two days remote for focused work. We do not follow strict rules, but trust people to find a healthy balance.
