The mPCIe-DIO series from ACCES I/O is a family of mini PCI Express (mPCIe) digital I/O cards with advanced digital integration features. With these small, low-priced cards you can easily integrate numerous off-the-shelf I/O functions in new and existing embedded systems without board modifications of customization. Choose up to 24 channels offering various voltage, isolation, speed, and counter/timer options.
The USB3-104-HUB from ACCES I/O is a rugged 4-port USB 3.1 hub with a data transfer rate up to 5Gbps. This small industrial/military grade hub is designed for harsh environments and features a locking USB, -40°C to +85°C extended temperature operation and power connections. It comes in an industrial steel enclosure for shock and vibration mitigation.
ACCES I/O announced a new family of PCI Express Mini Cards, the mPCIe-ICM series. The measurement of this card is only 30x51mm and featured with two or four ports of isolated RS232 serial communications. The RS232 ports are 100% compatible with every other industry-standard serial COM device, such as TX, RX, RTS, and CTS. In addition, they provide Tru-Iso™ port-to-port and port-to-PC isolation.

The mPCIe-ICM cards were designed by using the 16C950 UARTS and 128-byte transmit/receive FIFO buffers to decrease CPU loading and protect against lost data in multitasking systems. New systems can continue to communicate with legacy serial peripherals and benefit from the use of the high performance PCI Express bus. The cards are fully software compatible with current PCI 16550 type UART applications.

The new family is designed for use in harsh and rugged environments such as military and defense along with applications such as health and medical, point of sale systems, kiosk design, retail, hospitality, automation, and gaming.

ACCES I/O introduces the ETH-DIO-48 a portable and easy-to-install digital i/o module which can be connected to each Ethernet, even wirelessly.

The ETH-DIO-48 features 48 or 24 industrial-strength TTL digital I/O lines. Each I/O line is buffered and capable of sourcing 32 mA or sinking 64 mA. Jumper-selected resistors enable user configuration of I/O lines for pull-up (to +5 V dc), pull-down (to ground), or floating, depending on the application.

Connections to the board come via two 50-pin IDC-type headers, each header has three 8-bit I/O ports. Each port can be programmed as inputs or outputs. For external circuits, 0.5-A fused +5-V dc power is available at pin 49 of each I/O connector.

The board is housed in a steel powder-coated enclosure with anti-skid bottom. Board size and pre-drilled mounting holes match the PC/104 form factor. The board can be integrated into any PC/104-based stack by connecting it to an embedded CPU’s Ethernet port. A DIN rail mounting provision is available for industrial settings.

ACCES I/O has released a new USB serial interface board, the ANDROID-232. Users can now control legacy RS-232 devices directly from modern android devices. The ANDROID-232 uses the Android Open Accessory protocol to convince an android device that its onboard USB port is actually an RS-232 port. This two way data port allows external hardware to control the android unit and vice-versa. Serial data up to 921.6kbps is supported. Onboard circuitry will provide power to charge your android device while connected. Multiple status and fault LEDs complete the package, and allow simple and convenient confirmation of operational state.

This small industrial/military grade product features industrial temperature operation ideal for outdoor applications, harsh industrial surroundings, or military use. Also, a hard line wired connection eliminates security concerns associated with Wi-Fi and other radio frequency solutions. These low-price, small size (only 50.95mm x 30mm) cards are featured with two or four ports of software selectable, RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 asynchronous serial protocols on a port by port basis. Each RS-232 port is simultaneously capable of supporting data communication rates up to 921.6 kbps (RS-422 and RS-485 up to 3 Mbps). The cards provide ±15kV ESD protection.

The mPCIe-COM cards were designed using type 16C950 UARTs and use 128-byte transmit/receive FIFO buffers to decrease CPU loading and protect against lost data in multitasking systems. New systems can continue to communicate with older serial peripherals but also benefit the use of the high performance PCI Express bus. The cards are fully software compatible with current PCI and PCI Express 16550 type UART applications.
