Display brightness

Display brightness refers to the amount of light that is emitted by a display screen. It is measured in candelas per square meter (cd/m²). The higher the display brightness, the more light is emitted and the easier it is to see the display in well-lit environments. Conversely, a lower display brightness makes the screen harder to see in well-lit environments, but may be easier on the eyes in low light conditions.
