The data relating to your device and browser which Texim collects on the Website are the following:

Cookies by Third Party Services

Texim uses services from Google Analytics, Hotjar and Livezilla.

Google Analytics is a US-based company which sets cookies on websites as part of its analytics service in order to track, and receive reports on how people use the website. Google may share this (anonymized) information with third parties if it is required to do so by law, or if third parties process the data on behalf of Google. Note that this process is beyond Texim’s control.

Hotjar is a Malta-based company which sets cookies as part of its analytics, recording and feedback service in order to track and receive reports on how people use the website. Hotjar handles the information anonymously and does not share it with third parties.

Livezilla is a Germany-based company which sets cookies for its customer service tools. Livezilla offers a low-threshold chat plugin through which customers can easily contact Texim. The information collected by Livezilla is used for analytics and to activate the chat box at a set time. All voluntary information left behind using Livezilla is processed on a Texim server based in the Netherlands and is not shared with any third party.

Deleting and rejecting cookies

You can use your computer’s browser settings to delete previously stored cookies and prevent new cookies from being stored. The method used for storing cookies depends on the type of browser; you can use your browser’s help function if necessary. Rejecting and/or deleting cookies only has an effect on the computer and the browser on which you perform this act. If you are using multiple computers and/or browsers, you must repeat the act(s) described above as often as necessary.

Privacy Statement

By using the Website you leave certain information behind. This could be personal data: data that could be traced back to you. We only keep and use the personal data that is submitted directly by you or for which it is clear that it has been submitted for processing purposes.
The personal data processed by Texim, if applicable, based on the cookies set, is subject to the Texim Privacy Policy. Texim processes your personal data as permitted by and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Right to inspection, rectification, be forgotten, and transfer data

We do not store personal data any longer than necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. Please contact us or send a message to privacy@texim-europe.com if you want to inspect, port, rectify, or delete your data.

Security

Texim has taken technical and organizational security measures. All data that you provide us via the Website is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Texim takes measures to continuously and carefully protect the data it collects against loss, unauthorized disclosure and unlawful processing, Texim constantly seeks to improve and update the measures applied. Texim has an internal procedure for handling data leaks. Passwords are stored on our servers in protected databases using non-reversible hash encryption (ensuring that decrypting your password is not possible).

Responsible Disclosure

At Texim Europe we consider the security of our systems a top priority. But no matter how much effort we put into system security, there can still be vulnerabilities present. If you discover a vulnerability, we would like to know about it so we can take steps to address it as quickly as possible.
