Eco-design SMPS in transformer housing

The HS-series from HAHN are EuP, VDE- and UL approved 3W power AC/DC converters in EI30 housing. Based on switch mode technology these transformers offer a voltage transfer loss of 70 %! They are ideal for applications within the broad input voltage range of 85 to 265V for power supplies.

These transformer fulfill the EuP Directive requirements for the reduction of standby power loss to < 0.15W. The HS-series is a pin-to-pin solution that makes it easy to upgrade your existing application to EuP requirements. The use of external components such as a rectifier, capacitor and voltage regulator is no longer necessary.
